Shipping Information

We saddle up fast to get your order processed and on its way to you! Here’s how our shipping works:

Order Processing: 1-2 business days

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 ship free via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our ranch!

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be as happy with your western wear as a cowboy is with his trusty boots. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right faster than you can say “yeehaw!”

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags attached

  • Items without original tags

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our ranch hands will review your request within 1-2 business days and send you return instructions faster than a jackrabbit on a hot griddle.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved, package your items securely and ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3-5 business days after arrival):

  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval (depending on your bank)
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

Want a different size or style? Just let us know in your return request! We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item.

  • If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
